Android

Your device

Test version for 64-bit Android phones (almost every phone from recent years). Install it from this site; it is not in Google Play yet.

How to install from a file

  1. Tap Download APK. If the browser warns that the file may be harmful, tap Download anyway.
  2. Open the downloaded file: tap the notification, or find it in Files → Downloads.
  3. Android will ask to allow installs from this app (your browser or Files). Tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, then go back.
  4. Tap Install. If Google Play Protect warns about an unknown app, tap More details → Install anyway.
  5. Open Chatem and enter your phone number. Done!

Tip: after installing you can turn “Allow from this source” off again. To update, download the new file from this page and install it over the old one; your chats stay.

Windows

Your device

For Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit). Link it to your phone with a QR code and copy your chat history. This is also where Claude Code runs.

macOS
